We are proud to announce that we have been awarded by Confebask at the 31st edition of the Business and Vocational Training event, held yesterday at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao, as the best dual educational training company in Gipuzkoa. This recognition, achieved thanks to Adegi’s proposal, highlights our commitment and good work in the field of Dual Educational Training. Our industrial manager, Alain Vivas, collected the award personally together with some colleagues from the company. In addition, Alain had the opportunity to share his personal experiences and advice with the newly graduated students.

This award reinforces one of our main values, which is our commitment to innovative educational models that connect training with the real needs of the employment market, in order to contribute to the development of young local talent and the business fabric of the Basque Country.

It is a real honour for a company the size of Zerbimek to receive such an award, as it shows that we have been doing things well. That is why we want to share this achievement with all our collaborators, students and partners, who have made it possible for us to reach this point.

We are pleased to announce that ZERBIMEK will be exhibiting at Global Industrie 2023 in Lyon, France from 7th to 10th March. This event is one of the most important industrial fairs in Europe and represents a unique opportunity to present our machining services to a global audience and to expand our presence in the international market.

Our participation at Global Industry is made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Gipuzkoa, which has given us the opportunity to showcase our machining services on stand 6A110.

We are attending Global Industrie to exhibit to a global audience and to expand our presence, particularly in the French market where we are already present. We see this as an opportunity to showcase our track record, our working methods, our services and the technology we use.

In addition, you will be able to meet part of our team and clear up any doubts you may have, as our Export Manager – Marta Azpiroz – will be present in Lyon and will be happy to meet you and clear up any doubts you may have.

On Wednesday 8 June, the Chamber of Commerce hosted more than 275 meetings between 100 companies from Europe and Gipuzkoa, ZERBIMEK being one of them.

This European industrial subcontracting meeting has been held for 13 years now at the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce, with the aim of helping companies from Gipuzkoa to diversify their markets.

The event was divided into two days. On the first day, 8 June, more than 100 companies, buyers and subcontractors met at the headquarters of the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce to organise more than 275 sessions lasting around 30 minutes. The following day, 9 June, the buyers visited more than 50 companies in the region. The aim of these visits is to showcase the potential and quality of industrial companies in Gipuzkoa.

The buyers and subcontractors who attended the event came from European countries, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Finland, Belgium and Spain. These companies work in the Automotive, Railway, Aeronautics, Energy and Manufacturers of different capital goods sectors. Sectors in which CNC machining is very present and is a crucial subcontracting process.

Once again, we continue advancing on the process of diversification and obtaining new customers both nationally and internationally.

It has been almost a year and a half since we started  the internationalization of ZERBIMEK on the Frech market. After many months of work, we already have French customers, thus strengthening our presence in another new market.

A couple of days ago we had the opportunity to present our own experience in this internationalization process. ADEGI – Association of Companies of Gipuzkoa and the Chamber of Gipuzkoa organized a practical day to help start-up companies to access international markets.
