Enpresare promotes collaboration between companies in Bergara and the surrounding areas. This is achieved through the implementation of various projects and business forums. In addition, the association works to recruit new companies, with the aim of expanding its network of members. It also collaborates with centres such as Miguel Altuna LHII, which indicates a focus on training and skills development. Finally, Enpresare has signed an agreement with Bergara Town Council demonstrating its commitment to growth and continuous improvement.

ZERBIMEK is part of this and other business associations, which actively work to create synergies with surrounding companies. These collaborations allow greater value to be provided to the end customer, as they make it possible to continue improving the quality of the machining service.

This business forum organises high-value events for companies in the region, a clear example being the latest event held at Miguel Altuna, where Gotzon Arzelus gave a training course on AI and how to integrate it into companies. Enpresare’s successful collaboration with Bergara town council was celebrated at the aforementioned centre, in addition to the recent renewal of the agreement. The event was attended by representatives of all the companies that make up Enpresare, including ZERBIMEK, plus representatives of Bergara Town Council and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

3 years since the ZERBIMEK team took a big step to continue optimizing each phase of the machining service.

The new facilities of our machining company in Arrasate, have allowed us to increase the workload and respond to the needs of our customers.

The increased workload has meant continuing to invest in the development of human knowledge, with several recruitments and training in different departments. It has also allowed us to continue investing in state-of-the-art machining technology, such as the 5-axis L5AX-320 machine from LAGUN and the TA-Z640 lathe from CMZ.

These factors have been crucial in optimizing our machining service, but the most relevant factor has been the strategic one, since through the organization of production and various tools we have managed to increase the efficiency of the machining service provided to the end customer.

Finally, it should be noted that this growth would not be possible without the vote of confidence of our customers, thank you all.

Last Friday 27th May we were invited to the conference organised by Tknika and ADEGI – Business Association of Gipuzkoa.

This conference was defined under the following title:

“How VET (Tknika) can help you in the growth of your company?”

And what better than ZERBIMEK as a case study, given that our project began its journey with the help of Tknika’s Urratsbat programme.

The objectives of the conference were as follows:

1.- To get to know Tknika and its value proposition with a focus on companies.

2.- How can Tknika help emerging companies in the training of the talent they need?

3.- How can Tknika create collaborative projects for product and process innovations in companies? TKgune.

4.- Incorporate one or two testimonials from entrepreneurs who have used Tknika’s services.

It is in this last section where we have been most present, since, as mentioned above, our company had the opportunity to receive the advisory services of the Urratsbat programme.

After being cancelled in 2020 and held for the last time in October 2021, the Ascensión de Aloña will resume its usual schedule and will take place next Sunday (1 May 2022). 300 runners will take the start of the 22.6 km course.
