At ZERBIMEK we are pleased to share a success story in collaboration with Inser Robótica in which all stages of our machining service are reflected. Inser Robótica is a leader in the design and manufacture of automation solutions for the final stage of the production line, moreover we are currently collaborating in a project described below, in which our machining service has been crucial.

We are proud to have performed the machining of all parts of the assembly that are used by a welding robot, guaranteeing maximum precision and functionality. Undoubtedly this has been possible thanks to our people, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. We have been able to manufacture components with minimum tolerances and impeccable finishes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But our contribution was not limited to machining alone. We have taken on the complete management of the project, from the acquisition of the necessary material, to the boiler work, to the realization of the specific treatments and laser engravings required by Inser Robótica. Our flexibility has been an indispensable aspect allowing us to provide a turnkey solution, saving time and resources to our customer.

In addition, we took care of the assembly of the assemblies, ensuring that each component is perfectly assembled. Our highly trained team ensured that the most rigorous standards were met at every stage of the process, guaranteeing the quality and performance of the manufactured assemblies.

This successful collaboration with Inser Robótica is a testament to our machining expertise and a clear example of the service we offer and the management we put in place to deliver it.

With this latest revolution machining centre, we are expanding our machinery and optimising our lathe machining times.

The new vocational training law that will come into force in 2022 aims to make dual vocational training the majority. This training is committed to learning in a real work environment with remuneration.

ZERBIMEK is clearly committed to dual training for vocational training students in machining, allowing them to develop professionally in a machining company.
