“New culturers gunea” day of ADEGI

Last week our team was invited to the “New culturers gunea” day of ADEGI – Association of Companies of Gipuzkoa in FabrikaNCE.

In this fourth edition, more than 20 companies from various sectors were able to showcase their new business culture. Nearly 700 people gathered at FabrikaNCE, ADEGI’s high performance center. There, companies and educational organizations work together to improve relationships, effectiveness, flexibility and adaptability.

Each company presented its case, explaining how the new culture helps the company to function well. This applies to production as well as to administrative and talent management.

In addition, this new culture adds value in attracting and retaining talent. Allowing employees to actively participate in decision making increases their motivation and improves their performance.

We would like to thank all the attendees for their time and attention, and especially ADEGI for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to present our company to the future generations that will soon join the working world.
